Resolved Question: Can anybody advise which is the best Bluetooth hands free kit to buy for my car?

My shortlist is as follows: 1. Parrot Minikit SLIM 2. Jabra Cruiser 3. Seecode Tube 4. Seecode Vision I have tried the Parrot MKi 9200 with the UNIKA interface but that really screwed-up the car's electrical systems so I had to remove it. I have also tried the Seecode Vossor mirror bluetooth kit but the vibration of the unit when attached to the rear view mirror was so bad that you could not effectively use the mirror at all. Many Thanks

Resolved Question: Just bought BMW (5- Series- 520D Saloon- 2006) specialists?

I live in Durham- Northeast- Just asking about the price for hands free kit for my iPhone 3g to be connected to my BMW while i am driving. I just asked in the BMW garage (Elvet) and told me the cost would be £2,500!! or alternatively Parrot product which costs me £450! (including installation). I just searched in Ebay and found the cost of of parrot is £220 (including installation) but the garage is based in London! I just do not want to pay a fortune to get my iPhone connected; also, just worried now about the car service; it seems that it would cost me a fortune if I go to the BMW garage. Could you believe that the cost for changing the left rear indicator is £18 in that garage?!! Any help regarding a BMW specialist working in durham (but not that garage) would be highly appreciated. Please serious answers only..do not say if you have a BMW, do not be bothered to pay a fortune..hope u can help, cheers!

Resolved Question: My mobile will no longer connect to my handsfree kit?

I have a Nokia 6300 and a Parrot Slimline handsfree kit. It is paired and was connecting absolutely fin for a month but I now cannot connect properly. I can tell the handsfree kit to call someone and it will start ringing but then disconnect the call. I have noticed that the little red car icon on my phone that was always there previously is now not on. I have taken the handsfree kit to the shop and got a new one, and the problem is still there, so it's a problem with the phone not the kit. Any help would be much appreciated.

Resolved Question: What do you think of my story? Have any opinions/ suggestions.?

Trapped in the Forest There were three animals: Martin, the parrot; Grace, the cat; and Mark, the goat. The three animals were best friends. They live in a village in Texas. The three planned to go to Daytona Beach, Florida. They were excited to go to the beach. From Texas to Florida, the three has to cross these three states: Louisiana, Mississippi, and Alabama. The three had crossed Louisiana and now they’re in Mississippi. While driving in Mississippi, the three were unaware and had no idea that there’s a tornado behind them. The tornado carried away the car they were riding in. “I hope we don’t die” Mark said. The car they were riding in landed in the middle of a forest in Mississippi. Martin had a headache because he was badly hurt, had bruises on his right wing and left leg. Grace had a big, bloody wound on her back, and cuts on her face and legs. Mark’s leg was aching and had bruises all over his body. “This is hopeless” Grace said. “Don’t lose hope” Martin said. “I hope we can get out of here soon, without getting eaten, or killed by a lion, tiger, or snake” Grace said. “I was not expecting this to happen to us” Martin said.“Oh no! The glasses of my car are broken, and a door of my car is missing and one of the wheels of my car is flat” Mark said. “That’s terrible” Martin said. Grace looked around and saw a lion near them. “Quick hide! There’s a lion nearby” Grace said. They hid at the back of the car. The lion did not see them. While they were trapped in the forest, Mark ate the grasses and fishes there, Grace ate the fishes there, and Martin ate some worms and fishes. They drank water from the river in the forest. They also took a bath in the river. They also cured their bruises and wounds using their First Aid Kit. After 20 days, all their bruises and wounds are cured. They also pray everyday that they will get out of the forest soon and they’ll be safe there. Moreover, they always tried to find ways to get out of the forest, but they always fail. They felt unhappy, worried, and afraid everyday. They were almost eaten by lions, tigers, and snakes, but they were always lucky enough not to get eaten by those animals. Those animals just wounded them. Their families, friends, and relatives are worried already and they were crying everyday. They felt unhappy, worried, and afraid everyday, and they told about them to the police. They tried to find them everywhere and everyday but no one has a clue where they are. Their families, friends, and relatives thought that they were dead because of a car accident or they drowned in the beach, or someone abducted them and never set them free. They tried calling their families, friends, and relatives through the cellphone but Grace lost her cellphone because of the tornado. Martin forgot to bring his cellphone and it’s at his house in Texas. On the day when they were trapped in the forest because the tornado blew away their car, Mark was standing up while playing games in his cellphone, then he accidentally slipped and his cellphone fell in the river. A week after the 20th day, the three decided to sleep at the back of the car. They forgot to close the back of the car. Mark woke up because he felt like he was being watched. He checked what it was and he was shocked to see an anaconda in the car. He quickly gets the things they are going to use and wear in the beach, and their food. He woke up Grace and Martin. The three ran so fast while the anaconda was trying to chase and swallow them. The three were able to find a way to get out of the forest. The anaconda wasn’t able to chase them. “Yehey!!! We’re out of the forest” the three shouted happily. Mark’s car is still in the forest. The three just rode in a bus going to Daytona Beach, Florida. They crossed Alabama and they already reached Florida. They had fun there and they stayed there for four days. They went back to Texas and they told to their families, friends, and relatives of what happened to them and they thanked God that they’re still alive. Martin, Grace, Mark, their friends, relatives, and families are all crying when they saw each other.

Resolved Question: What do you think about this story? Have any comments suggestions?

Camping One day a family of four is going camping. The members of that family are the two parents, Patricia the daughter, and Richard the son. They live in Southern Pennsylvania. They will go camping in a nearby forest in Pennsylvania just five kilometers away from home. “I’m so excited, we’ll go camping” Patricia said. “Me too” Richard said. “Where are we gonna go camping?” Patricia asked. “In a nearby forest” the mom answered. “How far is the forest?” Richard asked. “It’s five kilometers away from here” the dad answered. “This is one of the greatest days of my life” Patricia said. “I hope we don’t get lost in the forest” the dad said. “We should also not get eaten or harmed by the lions, tigers, or snakes” the mom said. They brought some food, boat, flashlight, a compass, a tent, a camera, clothes, some books, and first aid kit. They prayed to God so that they won’t get lost or killed by lions or tigers. They planned to stay in the forest for five days. They rode on their car and they drove for only thirty minutes. They parked their car near the forest. They went to the forest which is just five kilometers away from home. “Very tall trees” Patricia said while Richard pictures the trees. “Can I climb up the trees?” Richard asked. “No, the trees are too tall, and you might fall down” the two parents answered. “These trees might be taller than a 10-storey building” Patricia said. “Look, it’s a squirrell” the dad said. “It has big teeth” Patricia said. “They have beautiful tails” Richard said. The mom pictured the squirrell. “Look, it’s a snake” Richard said. “What kind of snake is that?” Patricia asked. “It’s a Cobra” the dad answered. Richard pictures the cobra. “Quick, run there’s a lion nearby” the mom said. “Richard, picture the lion and let’s run away” Patricia said. Richard pictures the lion and they run away. After a few minutes they saw an eagle flying. “Wow!!! It’s a big eagle” Richard said. “It flies very high” Patricia said. Richard pictures the eagle. After a few minutes, they saw monkeys and they picture them. They also saw an owl chasing a frog for lunch. Richard videos it. “Colourful birds” Patricia said. “Beautiful” the dad said. “Richard, picture them” the mom said. Richard pictures them. After a few minutes, they saw bats. “Richard, picture the bats” Patricia said. Richard pictures them. After a few minutes they saw a deer. “Richard, picture that deer” the mom said. Richard pictures the parrot. “Look a beetle” the mom said. Richard pictures it. After a few minutes, they saw a spider. “Look, it’s a spider” the mom said. “What kind of spider is that?” Richard asked. “That’s a Tarantula” the dad answered. “Its bight might be deadly” Patricia said. Richard pictures the Tarantula. “Look, it’s a river” Patricia said. “The water runs so fast” the dad said. Richard touched the water and said “The water is so cold” “Look, there are fishes in this river” Patricia said. “We can go fishing” the dad said. “We can get a fish and keep them as pets” Richard said. “That’s a good idea, Richard” the mom said. “We can also ride on a boat” the dad said. “Good idea, dad” Patricia said.“Picture that river” the dad said. He pictured the river. “Look, it’s a tall mountain” Patricia said. “Richard, picture the mountain” the mom said. “Can we climb up the mountain?” Patricia asked. “No, it’s dangerous, that we might fall down” the dad said. Richard pictured the mountain. “What’s the name of the mountain?” Patricia asked. “That’s the Allegheny Mountains” the mom answered. “Beautiful mountain” the dad said. “Kids, don’t you know that the state of Maryland is just near here in this forest” the mom said. “Can we go to Maryland?” Richard asked. “Maybe next time” the mom answered. “Hey look it’s a skeleton” Richard said. “Whose skeleton is that?” Patricia asked. “It looks like an eagle’s skeleton” the mom answered. Richard pictured the skeleton. “Look, it’s a very big squirrel” Patricia said. “It’s three feet tall” The mom said. “I hope it’s harmless” the dad said. Richard pictured it. “Look it’s a giraffe” the dad said. “It has a long neck” Patricia said. Richard pictured the giraffe. “Mommy, what kind of bird is that?” Patricia asked. The mom looked up and said “That’s a vulture” the mom answered. “It has dark feathers” Richard said. “Let’s go in the tent” the dad said. “Let’s put the tent near the river” Patricia said. They swam in the river. “It’s cold here” Richard said. “The water is running so fast” Patricia said. The parents are reading books while the two children are swimming. “Let’s ride on the boat” the mom said. “Good idea” the dad said. “The water is so fast” Patricia said. “Let’s make paper boats and race them on the water” Richard said. “Good idea” Michelle said. Resolved Question: Splicing Parrot bluetooth kit into amplifier?

I have the CK3100 (bluetooth car kit) and I am wondering, if anyone knows, how to splice it into my amp. I have an Alpine PDX-5 and I would like to have the bluetooth intercept my speakers for calls. okay that makes sense, but would that mean though I would have to run additional speaker wire from the front speaker wires (from the harness) and tap into the new speaker wires from the amp to the front speakers?
